Simple Definition:

Currently, a volunteer can cancel registration for a shift once it has started. There should be a check to ensure that cancellation is allowed only if shift hasn't started

Steps to Take:

• Create a new branch in your fork to solve this issue.
• Setup VMS and explore the application
• Reproduce #321 issue, reported on github.
• Fix the code.
• Push all the changes to your new branch and create a pull request
