Blog/Education: A few lessons about Graphql + Have fun blogging about it
GraphQL is an application layer query language developed at Facebook. A reference implementation can be found here.
Learn GraphQL is a tool thats created to help the beginners ease into learning GraphQL. It contains a series of lessons and a leaderboard that ranks users based on their answers to questions after some lessons. In this task you will complete a few lessons and blog about your experience with GraphQL.
Steps
- Create a Github account, if you don't have one, and log into Learn GraphQL.
- Complete first 8 chapters under Basic (Introduction to GraphQL through Defining Mutations)
- Write a blog post,
- Describing the problem GraphQL tries to solve
- Summarizing the query language specification (syntax)
- Expressing what you like/dislike about Learn GraphQL as a learning tool
- Including links to FOSSASIA, GraphQL and Learn GraphQL
- Blog post added in the section of the GCI student page at http://gci15.fossasia.org
