It should be possible to install the loklak_server (the server behind loklak.org) easily on windows computers. We need a windows binary for loklak, which can be created using a java application wrapper and the code from https://github.com/loklak/loklak_server Add your code to our git repository using a pull request, provide a documentation how to build the binary app (i.e. you should extend the built.xml script).
