IRC: Create a config generator for ircb
Description/Background:
[ircb][0] is a versatile IRC Bouncer. Currently the steps to setup the bouncer is not very user friendly. So the task is to add a feature to make the procedure more user friendly and localize the app. The idea is, that the app would prompt the user for values and automatically establishes the network and the user.
Requirements:
Knowledge of python is required.
Expected Outcome:
Your task will be considered after you upload a screenshot of the app to prove it runs and shows the language you localized.
