KDevelop: Reintroduce support for viewing patches in Kompare (advanced, patch already there, needs porting)

Kompare is a super useful GUI tool for viewing diffs: https://www.kde.org/applications/development/kompare/

We initially support viewing diffs outside of KDevelop, but dropped the support because it was never enabled and unmaintained. Now might be a good time to investigate if it's easier to integrate in KF5 times.

The patch that removed the code is here: https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/113954/#review44011

Tasks:

  • Revert that patch (git revert won't work, this is probably manual work)
  • Make it compile with current KF5-based code base
  • Try to integrate with patch review system KDevelop

Remarks:

  • Even have it compile with KF5 would be a success
  • This is more of a R&D task, slightly more advanced than the others so far
