[WikiToLearn] CSS fix for big images

WikiToLearn is based on MediaWiki and it uses the following WikiCode to insert and resize images: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Images/en However there may be some bugs related to big images inserted without any resizing option. Have a look at this example: http://meta.wikitolearn.org/Guide_for_the_development_of_WikiToLearn/Configuration_of_WikiToLearn_for_Bootstrap_3

What you need to do is to find a solution involving CSS (preferably not Javascript) to fit the images on the viewport of the browser. You may also use Bootstrap 3 HTML classes: http://getbootstrap.com/css/#images

Perhaps it is useful to apply your CSS snippets on yourlocalwikitolearn.org/MediaWiki:Common.css See: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:CSS/it

Submit your work as a patch file. Include details about what is causing the problem and on how you fixed it.
