Picard-226: Cluster new files automatically

Picard provides an option to cluster files on common values (artist, album title, …) to help improve its search results. At the moment, that clustering has to be done manually by clicking a button. This should be done automatically. To achieve that, an option has to be added to the UI and code that performs the automatic clustering depending on the value of the option.
