MB: Block SoundCloud search and tags URLs (MBS-8713)
We have some SoundCloud URLs like https://soundcloud.com/search/sounds?q=Bachman-Turner%20Overdrive and https://soundcloud.com/tags/%22colin%20bass%22 - but those aren't good fits for our uses (artists, recordings, releases) and are mostly probably added by mistake. We don't want those URLs, so when adding a SoundCloud URL, everything starting with /search or /tags should be blocked
