Our IRC bot begiak currently monitors a series of git and svn repositories. When a commit is made to a repository, the bot displays the commit in all channels. For this task, you should modify both of these modules (svn and git) so that repositories being monitored (listed in the config file) can be specified in a channel-specific way. However, it should default to the current behaviour—channel-specific settings should just override the global monitoring pattern. You should fork the bot on github (https://github.com/jonorthwash/phenny) to work on this task and send a pull request when you're done.
