OpenDF - Setup page for initial configuration of OpenDF instance.
When a user install and run an OpenDF instance, it does not have any user accounts. We should create a Setup page, like WordPress or Joomla have, where the user can provide details and create an "Administrator" account. This could be done creating a HTML file as the front-end and a servlet as a back-end code to check if there exists any users and allow only if there is no other users already.
You should be able to work with our Java EE code base to achive this task.
